How to Sign In Using Your Duke NetID

As of February 6, 2025, students, faculty, and staff will be able to sign into the off-campus housing website using their Duke NetID and password.

If you are a Duke affiliate and created an account before February 6, 2025, using your Duke email address, you will need to link your existing account to your NetID credentials by following the steps below to access your account.

Once you've completed these steps, you'll only need your Duke NetID and password to access your off-campus account moving forward.

Instructions for linking your Duke NetID to your off-campus account:

• Click Sign In

• Under Students, Faculty, & Staff, select Sign in with your Duke NetID:

  

• Enter your NetID and Password and click Log In.

• Select Already have an account? Upgrade now.

  

• Enter your off-campus username and password

  Forgot your password? Click here.

  • Note: This is the login information you used when signing up on the off-campus housing website, not your Duke NetID credentials
• Enter any additional information needed to complete your profile, and you're all set!
